Russian shipyards are currently necessary to achieve competitiveness in the international market. One way of improving competitiveness is to conduct reengineering the enterprise, so the topic of this master dissertation is particularly relevant.

         The purpose of this master dissertation is the development of organizational-economic mechanism of processes of reengineering at shipyard to boost competitiveness.

         Achieving this goal sought by to solve the following research objectives:

- Exploring the concept of reengineering;

- Analysis of the processes of reengineering in reorganization of an enterprise;

- Exploring infrastructure of reengineering;

- Analysis of the current state of production and business activities of shipyard «Nevsky Shipyard";

- Analysis of technological processes at shipyard;

- Development of guidelines on the design of the mechanism of process of reengineering on the shipyard;

- Calculation of a cost-effectiveness of reengineering at shipyard on the example of the "Nevsky Shipyard".

         In master dissertation was analyzed as the current status of production and business activities shipyard «Nevsky Shipyard" and the domestic shipbuilding industry.

         In this paper developed a new technological process of built of the ship and created a simulation model of the technological process in the software Anylogic. In the simulation model has been shown reach ability calculated timing of built of the ship. The software Anylogic proved itself as one of the best modern simulation tools. Simulation models, created by Anylogic, recommended as a tool for reengineering of shipyard. Given recommendations for the management system (logistics, planning and control) using a hierarchical model ship construction at the shipyard, which is an integral part of its successful functioning.

Reengineering project is associated with positive changes in the techno-economic characteristics of production. These changes include:

- Reducing building construction cycle and, consequently, an increase in profits of the plant, reducing the need for working capital;

- Reducing the cost of construction and, as a consequence, an increase in earnings per one ship.

         This project reengineering shipyard is economically feasible. This is dictated by the following circumstances:

1. Investments pay off in 2022;

2. This project is for the period up to 2023 will bring economic effect determined by the value of 2.94 million Euros;

3. Internal rate of return of the project is 17.2%.

         The proposed mechanism reengineering process has shown its effectiveness on the example of «Nevsky Shipyard" and can have practical applications for the of raising competitiveness in Russian shipyards.
