The subject of the research is supplier selection procedure in а trade company. The purpose of this study is to develop recommendations to improve the trading company supplier selection procedure, which will reduce the cost of purchase of raw materials, increase the return on equity of the company, improve its performance and increase the competitiveness of the company as a whole.The purpose of this study involves the following tasks:1. Analysis of the external and internal environment, financial performance and logistics system of "BoscoSport company";2. Defining the company problems associated with the procurement process and the identification of their causes;3. Analysis and synthesis of the literature of domestic and foreign scholars on questions of procedure supplier selection, the main aspects of managing relationships with suppliers, as well as the main methods of supplier selection with multiple criteria;4. Proposal of measures to improve procedures for supplier selection based on the analyzed literature;5.
