<div>Transport management system operates on demand in the cloud computing environment and is distributed Multi-agent software system based on the simulations. Simulation modeling - a method to build a model describing the processes as they would take place in reality. This research method in which the system under study is replaced by a model with sufficient accuracy to describe the real system with which the experiments are conducted to obtain information about the system. Experimenting with a model called imitation (imitation - it essentially comprehension phenomena without resorting to experiments on the real object).</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>The purpose of the final qualifying work was to create a Web-based interface for system administration of low-level control of transport on request. To implement this interface required to study transport system itself on request, to master the principle of protocol AMQP, a comparative analysis of RabbitMQ and REST, choose the most convenient and scalable messaging system to create sets of JSON-posts, as well as develop the look of the interface. This Web-interface must be written in the scripting language of programming PHP, using HTML and CSS, designed exclusively for the administrator of the system, in order to maintain the current status of the system, as well as providing operational recover from a failure in the system via remote access. Accordingly, it was necessary to develop a simple interface, use only the most necessary functions and provide quick access to them.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>In this paper we examined the possibilities of transport management system on request, describes the options for the use of traffic management systems on demand in the real economy, confirmed the potential for further development of additional modules and components. Just describes the use of software modules, analyzed and justified the choice of platform for use RabbitMQ as a broker between the messaging system and Web-based interface. Just create a set used for the exchange of JSON-messages is detailed wiring diagram and work with the server RabbitMQ.</div><div>Web-based interface is under development at the moment all declared at the beginning of a functional Web-based interface is written. It includes a GUI, the ability to send requests to the server and receive answers. Made authorization form in order to protect against unauthorized access. Added file with basic settings. Necessary minimum functions for Web-based System Manager. In the near future additions and improvements implemented Web-based interface, as well as conducted a real test Web-based transportation management system on request.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>In conclusion we can say that the creation of Web-based transportation management systems for on-demand significantly increases its importance, allowing the system administrator on a remote distance to access the system. Thus, we have an excellent opportunity to follow the process of simulation, to obtain reliable data, and the use of software system for processing control messages RabbitMQ wonderful complements cloud technology-easy to use, high performance and reliability.</div>
