Improvement of the logistics system. The case of Kogel

<p align="center" style="margin-left:35.45pt;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;">Graduate work on &quot;Improvement of the distribution system of a trading company&quot; consists of introduction, business analysis of trading company exploring topical scientific and practical research, practical application of the methodology and conclusion.</p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;">The aim of this work is to develop a project of logistics system improvement.</p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;">The object of study is the logistics system of a trading company.</p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;">In this study, the following main problems that have elements of scientific novelty are solved:</p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;">1. An actual organizational and economic analysis of trading company&rsquo;s logistics system has been conducted. On the basis of analysis of the scientific literature and practical ways of improving the trading companies&rsquo; logistics system have been identified.</p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;">2. A method for improving the trading company&rsquo;s logistics system has been developed.</p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;">3. The project of logistics system reorganization has been developed and economically substantiated.</p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The present study is a complete self-made qualifying work, including science-based set of organizational and economic developments to improve the logistics system of a trading company.</p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;"><strong>Keywords:</strong> logistics system, logistics network, administration system, improvement of the logistics system, flexibility, cost reduction.</p>
