The work clearly demonstrates how the choice of the inventory management system affects the efficiency of the company&rsquo;s logistic system. With such instruments of optimization as ABC-analysis and order quantity with the system of multiple periods, a model of replenishment was proposed, as well as the rules and regulations were designed to maintain the model in the normal state. The results of this work are reflected in the model of strategic profit</p><p>&nbsp;5.
