Information Support of Business Activity Diagnostics: Case of Russian Railways

<div>The main goal of the graduation work is studying information support in the process of financial analysis and selecting the most appropriate information provision as an example of the selected enterprises of &quot;Volga-Vyatka Suburban Passenger Company.&quot;</div><div>In order to achieve this purpose the following tasks have to be solved: study of theoretical issues and techniques of financial analysis; study of the problems of information support of financial analysis; overview of software for use in financial analysis and planning; comparison of software products for financial analysis and description of the enterprise features of the activity of &quot;VVPPK&quot; and a choice of software product based on the data characteristics.</div><div>in the graduation work we analyze the features of modern types and techniques of financial analysis and software products, as well as discussed in detail railway transport sector itself, which is the object of study. We describe the advantages and disadvantages as well as various kinds of information provision and activities the railway sector and we give the application of theory to practice - a comparison of selected software products and we draw conclusions about the effectiveness of the implementation details of products on the example of a particular company.</div>
