<p><em>The research work presents an example of a dynamic simulation model in the strategic management of the construction company. Creating of such a model opens up new possibilities for the application of system dynamics - modeling activities of complex economic systems (companies). Simulation model is developed, tested, described (experimented) and, as a result, conclusions were formulated. They may be used in the preparation of the strategic decisions of the company.</em></p>
