Approaches and Principles of Change Management to Enhance Employee Engagement

<p>The subject of the represented&nbsp;&nbsp; master`s degree work is Approaches and methods for change management for increasing e personnel`s involvemeny.<br /><br />The object of our investigation-&nbsp; structure and dinamics&nbsp; of organisational changes.<br /><br />The subject of our investigation is organisational and psychological ways&nbsp; of increasing the personnel`s involvement&nbsp; in case of organisational changes.<br /><br />The main aim is to analyse the existing ways of increasing the employee involvement in case of organisational&nbsp; changes.<br /><br />In the represented work we&nbsp; analysed three theoretically&nbsp; based concepts of changes by&nbsp; Kurt Levin,N Tichi , M Devana and D. Prohazka.<br />&nbsp;with barriers to changes fixed by Stuart Black and&nbsp; Hell Gregerson. The main tools of overcoming barriers were analysed. We managed to formulate the culture of involvement unifing drivers of involvement and golden rules for managers by Vilmar Shaufelli. As a result we worked out&nbsp; the algorythm of developing involvment culture via using&nbsp; tools for overcoming changes in case of change management.</p>
