The paper discusses the main trends in the development of logistics providers, analyzed the role of quality of service, as well as the problem of maintaining the agreed level of service.</p><p>On the example of the world famous logistics operator has developed a system of measures to improve logistics service. It was proposed to reduce the time on the formation of a single order by the introduction of mobile data terminals that reduce the standard time of elementary operations. The results of all the work were reflected in the strategic profit model, which shows the variation of the main economic indicators of the implementation of the proposed measures.</p><p><strong>Length </strong>of bachelor&rsquo;s thesis: p - 118 pictures - 31 tables - 21, a list of references - 25 applications - 19 of 24 pages</p>
