For the fast-growing companies it is especially important that investments in assets of such type can quickly leave from under control. Inventory management is directed on increase of profitability and speed of the invested capital turnover.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">A certain business needs to optimize its inventory level for an uninterrupted supply of goods for its valued customers as a way of maintaining stable generation of revenues. For some reasons, if the business has no systematic way of sustaining a sufficient stock on its inventory, this will result to stock-outs and has a big impact on the profitability of the business. This can be resolved through a unique system of business model called as Vendor Managed Inventory or VMI.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of the bachelor&rsquo;s survey is research of a possibility of prospects of implementation of an optimum configuration of VMI system as the tool for enhancement of an inventory management system of trading company.</p><p style="margin-left: 53.45pt; text-align: justify;">5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor Volume Graduate work: p - 82, figures - 17, tables &ndash; 9, a list of references - 29</p>
