Competent and operational management of logistics activities in the trading company could be for the company a competitive advantage and a way to improve its profitability. In this connection, the company needs to provide a high level of integration and coordination between functional departments and external customers of the company.</p><p>The aim is to analyze the existing WRC level of logistics services and integrated logistics company&#39;s activities, and its improvement through introduction of corporate information system.</p><p>The paper presents suggestions for the improvement of business processes, changes in organizational structure, improvement of logistics services, as well as the planning and conduct of all activities of the company through the introduction of the ICC standards-based ERP and create the logistics department.</p><p>4.
