Emotional risk management strategies for the choice of alternatives

One of the main problem in the methodology of assessment of leadership qualities is the difficulty of assessing the personal factors involved in the decision-making process.Attempts to solve these problems at the moment led to the spread of the method of case studies for laboratory reproduction of the decision-making process.In the study considered the work on the study of emotions and their role in decision making, due to which the conclusions were made on the admissibility of creating methodological materials and diagnostic procedures for assessing emotional States when choosing specific solutions and evaluation rejected.The analysis of intuitive decisions in situations of choice alternatives suggests that a person decides, on the basis of assessment (reflection) emotional state, emerged in response to the current situation (complex conditions) of choice, the objective conditions which can: be unconscious, be questioned, replaced, to depreciate etc.In work results conclusions are made about the psychological aspects of prinyatiya decisions under conditions of risk, about the role of the emotional factor in the decision, as well as on the role of positive and negative affect.
