<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><strong>1.</strong><strong> Topic of bachelor`s thesis: </strong>&laquo;Supplier-retailer collaboration improvement for achieving efficient consumer response &raquo;</p><p><strong>2. Student:</strong> Veronika Titova, group 421L, faculty of logistics.</p><p><strong>3. Supervisor</strong>: Vladimir Novikov, Candidate of Sciences (PhD), Professor, Head of Information Systems and Technologies in Logistics Department.</p><p><strong>4. Key words: </strong>Collaboration within the supply chain contractors, order management, Dupont strategic profit model, effective coordination between the supplier and retailer, Efficient Consumer Response.</p><p>In the final qualifying paper clearly demonstrated the value of coordination influence supplier and retail network for efficient consumer response. Recommended changes will improve the economic performance of the company through the cooperation of the supplier and the retailer. In this paper,&nbsp; set of measures will improve order management features aimed primarily at minimizing the time out-of-shelf in the point of sale, supply chain flexibility, efficient replenishment process suiting customer sales. The result of applying proposal set of measures is reflected in the strategic profit model Dupont.</p><p>The purpose of this paper is to analyze and improve the process of coordination between the supplier and retailer in order management performance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>5.
