Keywords:</strong> procurement management, process management, through-flow control, logistics.</p><p>For more than ten years development, globalization is driven by competition. During this time, business leaders around the world have realized that good procurement and supply management allows for a number of strategic advantages. Since the seventies of the twentieth century, there has been an increase in the importance of procurement activities of enterprises, particularly in industrialized countries. Of mainly clerical, routine procurement function has long been is a function of great strategic importance, the ability to influence the profitability of the business. Currently, companies use two approaches to manage their activities: functional and process. In this paper we analyze the process approach as flow management and business process incorporated company, and the management of the procurement process. To improve the process of procurement used logistic approach on building the company effective organizational structure, consistent with the principles of the through control of activities to improve the planning process and procurement associated with this functional operations.</p><p>This WRC analyzed and functionality improved procurement management pharmaceutical trade and manufacturing company, we have proved the economic feasibility of the approach taken to improve the effectiveness of decisions and to enhance this process.</p><p><strong>5.
