Abstract in Final qualifying.This work is a design project in two apartments with a total area of 245 m2, Moscow. The challenge for the author of the project is to develop a variant of interior living space modern apartments so-called "open-plan", the maximum taking into account all the requirements of today, the interiors of this kind. The main goal of the work is that based on exploratory analysis, architecture, style, engineering and technical characteristics of the facility, subject to the requirements of the customer, a specific budget, laid on the material incarnation of this project produced technical specifications for the design, to create a work in which the weighted style design solutions based based on rationally and functionally organized space.Following this methodology the development of the design concept of the interior of objects, it is necessary during the preliminary analysis to assess the current stylistic trends and historical analogues in the field of environmental design, to on the basis of the model use of the space to choose stylistic analogues for the case tailored as the interior features and the tasks assigned to it. At the same time, you need to maintain and search space solutions, to investigate options for planning decisions based on current standards in the field of construction, ergonomics and physiology. It was the simultaneous development of options for layout and style, plastic, color study of a specific option allows you to eventually find a solution, in which a functional component of the interior is closely linked with decorative, space-plastic, color scheme, determining the emotional, the aesthetic impression of design that emphasize its individuality.It is also important that during the development of the project, priority was given to requiring a separate engineering research mutual coordination of structural, engineering, technical, acoustic features of the object and the selected space planning and decorative colors, without which no project interior design cannot be considered valid.The main result of this work the author considers the creation of the design project, in which functionality and convenience are inextricably linked with forms of artistic and emotional image of the room.
