In our work we research the communication assessment between an involvement of school students into different types of out-of-school employment (visits in services of the second half of day’s formation, and also in various unorganized places "on the street", "in park", etc.) and their academic progress. 761 school students (385 boys and 366 girls) took part in the research, 179 pupils of the 2nd and 4th classes, 582 pupils of the 5-10th classes (continuous selection – 28 classes), 508 parents of pupils of secondary school № 777 in Moscow. Data of social mapping showed that borders of education extend in process of school students’ growing, and forms and the contents in many respects depend on the territorial resources. We chose, selected and described some acting foreign and Russian city practices satisfying to criterion of planning the out-of-school employment by means of mapping the district and draw up "education geography" using the interests of children. Empirical data allowed to record that the different types of out-of-school activities are differ for different kinds of students: in structure of out-of-school employment for "excellent students" there are the structured forms, and for "poor students" – the unstructured forms. It is shown that the progress of school students correlates positively with the quantity of places of organized occupations (boys: r=0,11, girls: r=0,18). At the same time it is noted that if the progress is higher, the less teenagers specify "open-air" places (r = -, 084), and the more teenagers speak about the places in the closed city spaces(r =, 094), (such as malls, cinema, cafe, etc.). The obtained data allowed formulating a number of measures to design the school educational space for the students in planning, organization and estimating of their out-of-school employment.
