The main and the main source of funding for medical and pharmaceutical science, particularly in the higher educational institutions of the system are public funds. [2] But the majority of state financing is carried out to a limited extent. In particular, the incoming government funding to universities applies only to replenish the fund of scientific workers wages [1]. This is due to the central and most difficult question of finding opportunities for funding of medical and pharmaceutical research. Additional sources of economic support is an objective necessity, not only due to limited possibilities of the state budget, but also the need to turn universities into market relations. The task of searching for the functioning of medical schools extra-budgetary resources has become a priority in relation to other economic sectors and other medical problems.  Currently, the medical and pharmaceutical industry increasingly obvious trend is the transition to a competitive research funding. Investigation complete process of science financing in the medical and pharmaceutical industry in medical school of interest for the management of universities, managers and economists, the officials of the federal and regional levels. It not only brings many new problems that require deep theoretical understanding, but also justifies the ways of their practical solutions.
