The Role of Stimulating Teachers in the Transition to Effective Academic Contract

In this paper we study the impact of planned material incentive model on the effectiveness of teachers of technical departments in the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education "South Ural State University" (National Research University) on the basis of the Energy Department. As part of the work is planned expanding the concept of "incentive contract", to define criteria for an efficient incentive contract, to conduct an analysis of the existing South-Ural state University system rewards teachers for meeting the targets of the research activities and the development of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of existing models of material incentives FSFEI of HPE “SUSU” (NRU).
