Institution of Provisional Measures in Arbitral Proceedings

This research involves an analysis of problems that arise with the application for interim measures in arbitratzh proceedings. This has been done by examining the regulation of provisional measures in foreign legal systems, the degree of the legal effect of interim measures, models of proving the grounds for the adoption of provisional measures and procedural means of protection against them. Much attention was paid to the development of proposals for optimization of legal regulation of provisional measures to fill the gaps and solve existing problems.
