Profitability Factors of Funds of Mezzanine Financing in Different Regions of the World

Abstract on thesis Today, mezzanine financing is one of the possibilities for the company to raise additional funds for the purposes of funding its development. The work is devoted to the study of factors of profitability of mezzanine financing funds in different regions of the world. Among the potential factors of profitability, we highlight such financial indicators as financial margins, liquidity, economic growth, debt burden, as well as various macroeconomic indicators such as GDP growth and inflation rate growth. We conducted our research on the total sample of data using spatial data, as well as on sub-samples by geographical region using panel data. This study is constructed as follows: in the first chapter, we consider the existing theoretical and empirical research in the area of mezzanine financing, in the second chapter we formulate the research methodology, describe the data collection process, introduce an econometric model of the profitability factors of mezzanine financing funds and formulate conclusions and results of our research. Among the significant results, we can distinguish significant funds profitability factors in different regions and in the sample as a whole and the interpretation of these factors.
