Analysis of a Real Estate Market Bubble in the Oil Capitals of the World During High Oil Prices Period

This article examines the problem of a real estate market bubbles in the Oil Capitals of the world. This problem is especially actual in the light of the latest events of sharp changes of the world oil prices and high sensitivity of world economy to bubbles in the market of real estate. This article is the first one which compare real estate markets of different countries with nothing in common besides oil production industry. Even more, it is the first article which compare influence of oil prices on the real estate market in Moscow, Oslo and Houston.
