The Role of External and Internal Migration in the Economy of Modern Italy

The paper is dedicated to the role of external and internal migration in shaping the economic situation of modern Italy. In this study we examine such issues as pull economic factors of Italy in times of European migration crisis, the influence of immigration on the labor market functioning, the role of immigrants in the economic development of industrial districts and specific features of emigration and internal migration in Italy.
