Peculiarities of the Legal Regulation of Labor of Educational Employees

This paper examines particularities of legal regulation of teaching employees’ labor. The author has analyzed provisions of labor law and other enactments containing labor law standards as well as case law and doctrines pertaining to legal regulation of teaching labor. Besides, gaps in legal regulation were detected and their potential resolution was proposed. Great emphasis was placed on conclusion and termination of labor relations. A detailed scrutiny of working and rest time-related issues was carried out along with consideration of legal gaps in this domain. The conclusion of the paper presents a summarized overview of the most disputable issues and outlines possible options for their settlement.
