The aim of this paper is to assess the influence of Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership on prospects of economic cooperation of participating countries. Both positive and negative factors of this collaboration are considered. Besides, the effects of the future agreement for third countries, such as China and Russia, are analyzed.
