The Transformation of Image of Russia in English Media in 2013-2015

This work is devoted to the study of the transformation of the image of Russia in the English-speaking media under the influence of media coverage of the most important political events in the country. The paper reveals the value of political image in the foreign policy of the state, identify the mechanisms of influence on it, as well as the difficulties faced by the Russian government to conduct image policy abroad.
