This term paper presents the comparative analysis of venture capital IT market of USA, China and Russia. In the research showed the difference between examined countries and provided evaluation of business climate by analyzing comfortability of conducting business and market infrastructure overview. This economic data raise the issue of how the business climate influence venture funding and what factors hinder its development
