The Concept and Types of Unfair Advertising in the Russian Law

This paper is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regulation of such legal category as unfair advertising. In the study we were subjected to such important issues as: - The concept of advertising in general - The requirement of good faith imposed on the advertising - The concept of misleading advertising, its types - The ratio of the concepts of "unfair advertising" and unfair competition ", the problems of differentiation and conflict of compositions; - As well as the liability for violations in the field of advertising. The structure provides an introduction, three chapters, nine paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography. Volume of the thesis was 65 pages.
