The Insurance of Real Estate Transactions: the Analysis of Risks and Insurance Conditions

This research opens all specifics of the insurance of the real estate transactions: the analysis and comparison of the Russian and foreign insurance system, risks in the sphere of title insurance and insurance in the sphere of housing construction. The research problem consisted in definition of the factors which slow down the development of the insurance in the sphere of real estate in Russia and search of the possible decision. For this purpose, that work has been divided on theoretical part – the literature review, and practical – the comparison of contracts of the Russian and foreign insurance company. After the analysis of different conditions of the insurance it became clear what factors influence negatively the promoting of insurance and what needs to be made for its further development. The recommended decisions are: the improvement of the legislative base, the change of tariffs of the insurance in favor of a client, the introduction of the insurance of the real estate transactions by the government.
