IPO as a Source of a Company Financing

In this work IPO is studied as a source of a company financing. The key moments of research are: studying of essence of IPO, comparison with other ways of attraction of the capital, definition of risks, advantages and disadvantages of the initial public offering. Moreover in this work we consider the question of pricing in the course of IPO and a problem of the choice of the placement platform as these moments are directly connected with the main subject of the research. In the spotlight of the work there is an economic feasibility of the initial public offering, so in the other words the alternative average cost of the capital before and after IPO is estimated. The structure of work is caused by the purpose and tasks and includes two chapters, seven paragraphs, introduction, conclusion and the list of references. The volume of work is 46 pages and contains 3 tables.
