Analisis of Interaction of Insurance Company and Insurance Agents

The purpose of this paper is to find out the ways of operational efficiency optimization for insurance company in Russia by construction microeconomic model and maximization of the profit function from the model for insurance company. The model is based on the work by Mednizki. Result of optimization under constraints on labor and capital supply and Leontiev production function was the optimal supply function for insurance company and its demand for factors of production. Afterwards, the model was checked with real empirical data and it was shown that the results provided by the model are arguable and therefore that model and results may be applied to solve real business issues only along with preliminary testings.
