Creation of a Business Model in the Field of Healthy Life Style

The master's program " Innovation Management" Annotation to the master dissertation. The title of master dissertation: Creation of business model of company in the field of li Actuality of master dissertation is caused by necessity of new business approaches to adapt to the passage of time, solving problems related to health. The main aim of the dissertation research is development of the concept of entrepreneurial companies in the field of healthy lifestyle. The work includes introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references, appendices. Dissertational text contains 121 pages, including 30 pages of applications. In work were used 31 literary sources. The introduction contains the relevance of the work, the purpose and research tasks. The first part is theoretical, it is describing the sectors of healthcare, fitness services, natural products. In the first part the above-mentioned industries are analysed with the help of structural analysis (Porter's five forces). The second part is devoted to the study of the companies' «Chinese health center», «FitnGo», «Z-farmer», the author defines existing business models, the hierarchical structure, business processes of these companies. The business model, business processes and the hierarchical structure of entrepreneurial company in the field of healthy lifestyle are described in the third. In conclusion, the results have been summed up, the author formulates the basic conclusions and suggestions for the creation of an entrepreneurial company in a healthy lifestyle.
