The Legal Regulation of Professional Activities in the Market of Securities

The main object of study in the thesis work are the social relations that occur in the securities market; the relationship between the various entities of the securities market, related to the implementation of the professional securities market entities of their functions. The aim is to identify major gaps in the legislation, related to the activities of professional actors at the securities market and developing proposals to address them. The scope of this work is to use the research data to improve the system of legal regulation of the securities market. Volume of the work is 65 pages. This work consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion and bibliography. 44 sources were used in writing the work. Keywords: securities market, professional actors securities market, legal regulation of the securities market, the market of collective investments.
