Ownership Structure and Corporate Performance

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between ownership structure and firm performance, besides the choice of leverage. The investigation is based on the sample of 963 companies, quoted on NYSE, the methodology uses 3 regression equations. . The results are comparable with results of preceding investigation.
