Statistical Study and Modelling of the Employment of Young Specialists (with Higher Education)

Young specialists face certain difficulties on Russian labor market. At the same time young people - the largest group of unemployed and in fact namely they determine the development of country's economy and world economy and the labor market as a whole. The aim is this study is statistical analysis of indicators of employment of young specialists with higher education and the identification of the determinants of their employment. The study includes a description of the main statistical indicators of employment, the statistical characteristics of the youth labor market in general and young professionals with higher education in particular. In addition, the work presents econometric analysis and forecast of time series data of the number of employees and the level of employment of young specialists with higher education, the main factors affecting the employment of university graduates.
