The dissertation is focused on the organization of state authorities in the Kyrgyz Republic, the place and the role of customs bodies in the system of the state apparatus of the KR. Also, the mechanism of state regulation of foreign trade activity was studied, which is carried out directly by the customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic . The role and place of customs authorities in the implementation of customs regulations was determined, and a real, ongoing process of transformation of the system of customs bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic was described.
