Bayesan Estimation of Spatial Econometric Models of Economic Growth for Russian Regions

The main purpose of this paper is composition and analysis of Bayesian parameters estimates in the spatial econometric model of real GRP per capita growth rate. Studying spatial interactions between regions plays a significant role for regional policy making. Spatial econometric modeling for Russian data is quite a new and developing field of Econometrics Science. It is needed to apply non-standard methods due to regional heterogeneity of Russia. One of this methods is Bayesian approach. The paper should reveal spatial interactions pattern for Russian regions (all country and western part) and check them for time consistency.
