The Applicability of EU’s Competition Policy Model for the Eurasian Integration

The paper analyzes neofunctional logics of competition policy of the European Union, historical and institutional development of the project of integration, as well as the current situation and the main directions of the European model of competition policy. In parallel it studies the possibility of applying the provisions of neofunctionalism for other regional group - Eurasian Economic Union, as well as a sophistication of a competitive policy of the last. In a comparative analysis, the author concludes that the EU competitive policy model is partially applicable for the Eurasian integration.
