The present paper describes a proposed study that will examine the interrelationships between subjective evaluations of organizational culture (OC) and staff burnout (SB) More precisely, the future research will be concerned with some essential features of OC and their relationship with the components of burnout. It is anticipated that the results of this study will help to bring certain improvements into existing conception understanding of the nature of organizational culture and causes of burnout.
