Value Project Management in Advisory Services

High competition among international and Russian companies in the market of consulting services indicates its importance in the current economic situation. Now the absolute leaders of the consulting market are the company's "Big Four", which set the tempo and the basic policy of the industry, and therefore the question becomes relevant promotion consulting services through the prism of value-oriented approach. This paper examines the value of consumer advisory services. The proposed strategy of partnerships and the optimal set of universal edge "Big Four", the implementation process of the consulting project and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the process aimed at solving the client's problems and, consequently, the creation of its value.
