Factors Determining the Formation the Local Noble Communities in Russia during the Years 1720–1760 (the Example of Pskov Region)

Based on the collective nobility petitions of 18th century, this work aimed to explore formation of local noble communities in Pskov region in Russia in 1720s-1760s and from the perspective of local history seeks to analyze processes of nobility formation.
