Creative Clusters as Places of Concentration and Development of Creative Industries

This study is about creative industries and the role of creative clusters in their development process. In addition to the well-known concepts of creative industries, the work deals with a number of theories in this field, which have not been presented in the Russian-language sources. We give a variety of classifications of creative industries and the definition of the concept of "creative cluster". We identify its functions that contribute to the expansion of the creative class and the development of creative industries.
