The Business Model of the Web-Series

This research is devoted to analysis of buisness models of web-series for the purposes of searching and development of an effective monetizing model of own content in the longer term. In the course of the analysis were assinged midterm objectives of systematization of the research method in transformation process of abstract industry-specific concepts into concrete terms, analizing current values of russian and foreign OTT video web services, and creation of an original buisness model of web series and developing of the own content sales plan till the end of 2016. As the result of the research an effective web series buisness model was developed, which destribution will be held on the largest OTT web services in Russia - from online resources of streaming TV broadcasting (Smart TV) to classic VoD web services, which work both on the basis of model plans and advertising.
