Factors Affecting the Company’s Growth

This project is an attempt to examine determinants of sustainable growth of companies. The study focuses on analysis of financial factors such as profitability, leverage, innovation, liquidity and capex. The general purpose of the study is to identify how financial indicators affect the growth of Russian companies, according with the structure of company (age, size, industry). Moreover components of corporate government will be considered as the one of factors affecting company. Emphasis in this research will be placed on the analysis of companies in all sectors of the Russian market from 2008 to 2014 period. Thus after calculating the stability index (SGI), it islogical tocreate a model with random effects that based on 92 public companies from 5 sectors. The results show that there aren`t all financial determinants affect the sustainability of growth
