Prohibition of Discrimination in Labor Relations

The article considers the provisions of international legal instruments and the Russian legislation on the prohibition of discrimination at work, disclosed the contents of the concept of discrimination, investigate the relation discrimination and differentiation in the legal regulation, determined by means of protection against discrimination, and to make proposals on improvement of the regarding the protection of discrimination in labor relations.
