Establishment of the Facts of Legal Significance for Inheritance Relationships

The institute of succession and inheritance relationships is one of the most important components of the modern civil turnover of almost any state and, in particular, the Russian Federation, as the application of the rules of this institution eliminates the possibility of a state of uncertainty the fate of the property, property rights and obligations owned by the testator before his death. Hereditary legal relations arise, change and become terminated on the basis of certain legal facts. Thus, the establishment of these legal facts of is crucial for the development of hereditary relations, implementation and protection of the rights of heirs and other participants of the civil turnover. This paper studies the process of establishment of the facts of legal significance for inheritance relationships.
