Business participation in the public private partnership policy development in agricultural sector of Russia and India

In this paper author identify the potential for optimization of business participation in public-private partnership's (PPP) policy development process in Russian agriculture sector at the stage of creating a political and regulatory framework of a PPP mechanism (formation rules of the game) and at the stage of implementation particular PPP projects. Also author consider business' cooperation starategies with key stakeholders for building mutual and fruitful cooperation within PPP projects. It is important to do as adherence and supporting of “rules of the game” and business’ initiatives are fully depends on key stakeholders’ behavior during implementation of particular PPP projects. Also it is important to note that this papere based on analysis of Russian and Indian PPP projects in agriculture sector.
