Correlation Between Professional Deformation and Length of Service

Research is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of professional deformation and professional burnout syndrome in the context of the coaching profession. 2 of 3 research hypotheses are not confirmed. The correlation between length of service of coach and burnout syndrome not found. But confirmation of the third hypothesis and the interpretation of the empirical part, provide a basis for the development of new directions for future research in this area.
