Objective appraisal of potential investments is one of key factors in successful business development. However, classical models and methods of investment efficiency evaluation cannot always give a complete picture of investment implementation consequences, as they do not consider fully risks and uncertainty of the project.

In this work, first, the main methods of an investment efficiency evaluation applied in logistics are studied, secondly, classical methods of an investment efficiency evaluation in under risk and uncertainty are considered and estimated and, thirdly, mathematical and simulation models which in a complex have helped to choose the most efficient and the steadiest option of logistic infrastructure investments for the concerned gold mining company are constructed.
