Opportunities For the Development of Microinsurance in Russia

This paper will review the research conducted on opportunities for the development of microinsurance in Russia. The key purpose of this research is limited by the attempt to investigate significant factors which affect of microinsurance success. The research methods used in methodology mainly include descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and econometric multifactorial regression model construction. The initial sample for the research consisted of more than 70 countries around the globe. The preliminary results of the research are proceeded from examination of a hypothesis that several main countries characteristics are affect on microinsurance services level of usage. The results of the study made it possible to state that in the near future the fundamental factors in the market trends of microinsurance in the Russian Federation will be the degree of stratification of society in relation to income (Gini coefficient), depth of credit information index and life insurance premium volume to GDP. The graduation project consists of an explanatory note on 55 pages, including the list of 53 references.
