The Influence of Affective, Cognitive and Situational Factors on Interaction Strategies in Decision-Making Process

The main idea of ​​the article is that the affective, cognitive and situational factors can influence on choice of interaction strategies. In addition, interaction under uncertainty conditions may complicate strategies choice of cooperation or confrontation. This article presents the results of a study designed to check the hypothesis about the influence of emotional state, time pressure and cognitive set to a choice of strategies interaction. We describe an experiment in which simulated a situation of "prisoners' dilemma", where participated 120 subjects - 51 men and 69 women, managers of different levels of the transport company.
